- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Awesome people, great services and help. They helped put down our 15 year old pug. She wasn't a patient of Island Paws but they took her in as one of their own. The procedure was beautiful and they were very respectful. Our other dog is a regular at Island Paws. I know I can call them anytime with a question or concern and they will help out. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Staying in an RV park when my dog got a urinary tract infection. Neighbors had been to this Vet with their dogs and recommended them. Our dog always got very nervous when we went to the vet at home. She was very comfortable there and was well taken care of. We had follow up visits with the same results. When we got back home in South Carolina we got another call to make sure everything was ok. Since then we have changed vets at home because the dog's problem was with our Vet and not Vets in general.
